Our 2008 Rutherford County Home Builders Parade of Homes entry, pictured above, was a single level home with 2840 square feet of living space and  600 sq. ft. of convenient walk up attic storage area over the garage.  With high end appliances, granite and sunken tub in the master suite, this house is elegant without being pretentious.  Two wood burning fireplaces with gas starters and stone pillars in the dining area provide a warm family atmosphere.

Custom Single Level Home This attractive home is a single level home with bonus. The home features 3,107 heated sq. ft. and 4,521 total sq. ft.  The homeowners wanted a place for the grandkids to be able to 'call their own' when they came to visit and the huge bonus room over the garage fit the bill.  This three bedroom home has a two and a half car garage, screened patio, and a single car breeze way with attached storage area.
